Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Subscription Orders

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as New Siam Medicinals cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations
